This incredible two-story home with five-bedroom, heated pool is located just steps away from the beach. The Space:

This is a modern coastal house with plenty of comfort, perfect for family gatherings or groups. The second-floor (primary floor) features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are connected private bathrooms with each king bedroom and a shared bathroom for the 2 additional bedrooms, one Queen and one Twin over Full Bunk with Trundle. There is enough room for 9 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a closet with suitcase holders.

The upper level also includes the relaxing living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony with ocean views perfect for the beginning or end of the day. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for all your guests, whether you decide to cook a family dinner or bring in a personal chef to do all the work for you!

Kitchen:

The primary kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Start the day off with coffee or tea. We offer a Duo Keurig coffee maker and k-cup combo, or tea kettle. We have a ninja, toaster, toaster oven, pots and pans, baking, and serving needs along with spices shared from family to family.

Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, black make up towels, and bathing suit hooks in the showers for easy drying.

The pantry stores all your pool towels and koozies.

Downstairs:

The downstairs / lower level consists of another King Bedroom with a walk-in closet and suitcase holders. Enjoy a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This family area  includes a Queen sleeper sofa for relaxing and movies, as well as a bookshelf of games, books, and cards for any family to enjoy. We offer a small “kitchenette” and counter height dining table to watch the action around the pool.

The “kitchenette” has a microwave and small single serve Keurig. There are coffee cups and plastic drinking glasses in this “kitchenette”. The BBQ utensils for grilling are stored in the cabinet.

The garage has been converted into a game room. There is a 7 ft. 3-in-1 game table, which includes a pool table / ping pong which flips to an air hockey table, great for some family competition, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of outdoor games such as corn hole, ladder ball, and football/volleyball/frisbee.

Garage:

In the garage, we also store all the essential items for the pool (dive toys and water balls), beach accessories (beach towels, cup holders, games, surf/paddle/skim boards, cooler and chairs), a nice bike ride for 4 and a 6 person golf cart available with a signed waiver.

Ocean Blue offers luxurious furnishings and mattresses, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV’s in every room (all are set up for easy streaming), granite counters & stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, large dining table with a breathtaking ocean view, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja, along with all your cooking needs.

Backyard / Pool:

The backyard and saltwater pool is the perfect place to relax and socialize. The pool is heated year round. There is a pool shower with a privacy wall. There is a float storage by the pool shower for your convenience during your stay.

Seating includes 3 poly wood sunbathing loungers, 4 poly wood patio chairs with foot stools, and an outdoor poly wood farm table with seating for 6-8. Grill out by the pool and bring the games to the backyard. We have great family games, including cornhole and ladder toss.

Ocean Blue includes a large driveway capable of parking 4 vehicles.

Our family has visited the coast of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina over the past 20 years and simply fell in love with Palm Coast, FL. We have always dreamed of owning our own beachfront paradise that we can share with others!

Ocean Blue is that dream come to life for us. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for our family getaway and yours. We love to share it with others. In the mornings, we enjoy long walks on the beach watching the sunrise. During the day, we love competing at every beach game possible, mixing in a dip in the surf and then simply soaking up the sun at the beach. When we need a break from the beach, you’ll find us at relaxing at the pool. We love the water and we love the outdoors.

Palm Coast is perfect for walks or bike rides with over 20 miles of pathways. We enjoy our excursions to Washington Oaks Gardens State Park (less than a mile away), and our favorite, Marineland to swim with the dolphins. Marineland is only 3.5 miles away and a great way to spend an afternoon.
